Internet Video: Porno, Homeless & Taxes Under Reagan
Los Angeles, CA. (PRWEB) December 24, 2005
The Full Disclosure Network™ has released a Free. six (6) minute Internet video on pornography, homelessness, the tax revolt during the Reagan Administrations that is available 24/7, on demand at http://www.fulldisclosure.net/flash/423_Meese_preview.htm. Featuring Edwin Meese, III who was former U. S. Attorney General from 1985-1988 and Chief of Staff to Governor Reagan in California during the 1970 ‘s the video provides the rationale used by the Reagan administrations to develop public policy on these controversial social issues.
Meese told Emmy Award winning host Leslie Dutton a new pornography commission could make recommendations for a legislative process. He said the pornography issue, should be revisited now and that a comprehensive evaluation could provide technological means for prosecution, the laws needed, and protections for children.
Ed Meese also describes the California reform legislation of the 1970′s that released the mentally ill from warehouses. Critics have blamed these reforms, saying they have contributed to the homeless problem on the streets for the last three decades.
The video clips for this presentation were taken from a one hour interview with Ed Meese, conducted by host Leslie Dutton which have been featured on 40 cable systems and the Internet on the Full Disclosure Network ™ website at http://www.fulldisclosure.net. Channels and air times, by community are listed on the website.
For the past thirteen years Full Disclosure Network ™ has produced public affairs programs featuring prominent officials who are involved in the development of public policy at the local, state and national level. In 2002 the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences presented the show with a public affairs Emmy Award for the 2001 Series entitled “L.A.’s War Against Terrorism.”
